Thanks Donin but the issue persists. I tried by deleting both of my kids & then reentering them one by one. I noticed the issue is not with 3 yr old but the 10 yr old. When I first entered info of my 10 yr old, form 8812 only provides credit of $2,400 (instead of $3,000) which is why there is a total of $600 incorrect difference in calculating child tax credit. How can we fix this issue? Is it a bug in Turbo tax?
