You will need to complete your business income and expenses first in TurboTax. After that information has been entered:
- Go to Wages & Income at the top of your screen
- Scroll down to Less Common Income
- Click on Start of Update next to Foreign Earned Income Exclusion
- On the first page, enter that the Foreign income was reported on a 1099-MISC or other self-employment income.
- Continue with the questions in that section
