Please go through the IRS' Interactive Tax Assistant for the Child Tax Credit and Credit for Other Dependents. If this tool does not show that you are eligible for these credits, then TurboTax won't either. If it does so you as eligible, you have entered something different into TurboTax.
To review your entries in TurboTax,
- Sign in to TurboTax and open or continue your return.
- Search for Child Tax Credit and use the Jump to link.
