I am having another tax place in my era to check this out that will look it over and free of charge and if anything needs to be fixed there will be a charge. I think I am dome with online returns. I have had no trouble using them in the past. But this year is different. I told the lady that answered the phone what happened and she went and asked someone else if they could do what I asked they could take a look at it and fix what needs fixing if anything needs to be corrected then they will be a fee.
We have to prove they have done something wrong If I can get back the 4200 that was taken from me I still will not be satisfied I think a class law suite is in order
