Since we can't see your return in this forum, and other users are able to import successfully, I would suggest that if you are using TurboTax Online, delete your 1099-B import, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies and re-try the import. 

 

If you are still unable to import, consider entering a Summary in Lieu of Individual Transactions
