If you have no Advanced Child Tax Credit, entering $0 should be sufficient. However, It sounds like you are caught in a computer loop. Please try these steps below just one more time, then click Federal Review.
- Click on the "Search" on the top and type "Child tax credit"
- Click on “Jump to Child Tax Credit”
- Continue through the questions until the "Tell us about any advance Child Tax Credit payments" screen and select "No".
- Continue through the questions.
After Federal Review, if the problem still persists, please clear your cookies, history and reboot.
