Please check your 1040 form. The remaining amount of CTC that you can receive will show up on line 28 of your 2021 Form 1040.
Also you don't necessarily get a refund. The credit will reduce your tax bill first just like any other credit.
To preview you 1040 form :
- Select Tax Tools than Tolls from the left menu.
- Next, select View Tax Summary in the pop-up, then Preview my 1040 in the left menu.
