Update :
I tried the turbo desktop uninstall and install but my return status still showed not Efiled. What a mess .
I contacted Turbo support tech , I could hear her communicating over chat over my problem, with long delays , they understand the problem which is exactly like yours , perhaps I was the one that reported like you .
anyway , they said they said they will emailed me but to date, none . The irs website still showed irs have received my return and being processed . Waiting to hear if it is rejected or processed by tomorrow . However turbo desktop showed as not efiled yet . If I get rejected , I am going to go with olt and be done with turbo since I will not be able to solve it since it still shows as not efile , lol
by the way , olt which is my standby option has the same 1116 sched b data on turbo1116 sched b (identical )
