@turcog @LarryDean I filed one return from a desktop PC before the update, creating an attachment subfolder with the Form1116ScheduleB, and I fled a return for another person on March 12th after the update without doing this and both worked fine. Both returns were accepted by the IRS within a half-hour or less, and I've confirmed both returns were received. So my experience is that TurboTax takes care of Form 1116, Schedule B automatically now and you don't need to do anything separately.
