Return accepted! The trick was making a folder (Win 11) called C:\attachment, then moving Form1116ScheduleB.pdf over there. It worked.

Which begs the question: You’d think TT would have a more explanatory pop-up box on the final screen. And without this forum, I never would have figured it out.
