jtrevor's solution worked for me also!

 

To summarize:

 

1.  Go to Forms, and search for Form 1116 Schedule B.

2.  Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on 'print' and save to your hard drive as a pdf file

3.  Using File Explorer, create a subdirectory at the top level of your C: drive names 'attachment'

4.  Store the pdf in that subdirectory with the title Form1116ScheduleB

 

 

 

That really wasn't obvious.  TT documentation really sucks!
