Hi Amy,
I think things are getting worse ๐ I cleared cache and cookies; deleted from 140PTC. Do I need to reinstall it? I can't clear ANY return and start over as I was "told" I have already registered my return(s). I have used TurboTax for 8 years and have never encountered any problems. I also think that from the get-go I somehow was directed to a return that wanted more info, i.e. itemized deductions - as in the past I didn't have to do this. I feel like starting afresh using H & R Block. Can you fix everything for me? ๐ Or is that disallowed per TurboTax regulations?
