Deductions & credits
I’m having the same problem with the 1095-A rejection. My form has been rejected three times this week. When revisiting the ACA section to fix it, I answer “No” to both questions. When I go back to review my answers, the form automatically changes my answer to “Yes” that I have a 1095-A form. I spoke with tech support from TT today and they assured me that it’s the IRS that has the wrong information and I was asked to call my Marketplace for my state. They don’t have any record of me having a 1095-A so they created a special ticket to address this for the IRS and it may take 30-45 days to resolve. This is extremely frustrating.
I understand the previous posts about resolving the issue by changing my answer to “Yes” about having a 1095-A just to get my form filed. Will this intentional lying create more confusion for the IRS fixing the issue? Won’t I get in trouble for lying since I’m signing that all the information is accurate?
