To claim the credit :
- Open your tax return.
- Select State taxes.
- Select Edit next to Wisconsin.
- Continue until you get to the screen Take a look at Wisconsin credits and taxes
- Scroll down to Other Credits and click Start next to Veterans and Surviving Spouses Property Tax Credit.
