I was able to e-file 1118 Schedule B using TaxAct. It takes more time on TaxAct entering all your data because you can't import the pdfs from your documents. And you have to enter your carryover data on the schedule B form yourself. But then you can e-file everything in the end.
Basically TaxAct had no problem making it possible to e-file your Schedule B while TT ignores its customers and refuses to do so.
