My son is 24 and a full time student. He did make over the 4300 dollar mark but I provide over half of his expenses (WAY over half). Over the past couple years he's made over that amount and Turbo Tax ask the "did you provide over half of his expenses" and it allowed me to add him as a dependent. This year the first question is "did he make over 4300" and when I say "yes" it automatically takes him off as a dependent!
Any ideas as to why this changed? He definitely meets the criteria of my dependent.
