I need to confirm if eligible. My parents filed jointly in 2020 but he later passed away. My Mom can't find letter 6475 so created IRS online account. It doesn't give me this letter or 1444-C notice. I only found under "Tax Records" for 2021, and type is "Economic Payment 3" that amount is $0.00. She is eligible based on the rules, but without that letter 6475 to confirm, I'm concerned that IRS will reject the tax return. She had problems with the 1st & 2nd when we tried to get the rebate on the 2020 taxes and took 4 months to resolve with IRS! We already checked her bank accounts and don't find the $1400.00 between March - May 2021. Thus, can I use the Tax Records information as my confirmation that I can take the recovery rebate credit?
