Wife works for a foreign govt in the US. Greencard, no W2. she has certif of annual wages, that states exempt from paying Social Security tax. How to enter ?
should we enter a manual W2 with her wages in box1 and 16 and nothing in box3,4,5,6 ? or enter as less commun income / misc income / other reporting income ?
