To enter information and file Form 4136 in TurboTax online program, please follow the steps below:
1. After sign into your account, click on Tax Home from the left side menu .
2. Click on Personal Info from the main screen, and click on Continue.
3. At right upper corner, in search or Find box , type in 4136, and Enter .
4. Select Jump to 4136 .
5. On screen, Credit For Nontaxable Fuel Usage, select an answer to continue.
