You will get a letter in the mail from the IRS explaining why the refund is different than you expected. TT is not told why, but it may be due to stimulus payments or the Child Tax Credits.
Please understand that TT is a computer program; and cannot know if you made a data entry error, failed to claim some income, or misclaimed a deduction and/or credit. For example, did you forget that you received a $1400 stimulus and claimed it again?
