I'm calculating the sales expense on my primary home that I sold in 2021. There are some items on my 'Sellers Settlement Statement' that I am not sure I can include as a sales expense. Specifically something listed as 'Homeowners Association Transfer Fee' and also a 'Home Warranty Fee' I paid for to get the sale to go through with my buyer. Does anyone know if these can be included as sales expenses? Thanks, Steve.
