- Sign into your account and continue from where you left off.
- Click on Federal in the left-hand column, then on Federal Review on the top of the screen.
- On the next page titled Let's double-check the amount you received; TurboTax will tell you how much you should receive based on the information you have entered. You may have received Letter 6475 in your mail which will show you the amount you have received. If the amount you received matches with what TurboTax is proposing, you will select Yes. If the amounts don't match, then you will select No and enter the amount stated on your Letter 6475. The difference will be added to your refund.
It is very important that the amount stated on your Letter 6475 is entered correctly, or else your refund will get delayed.
