Below your question it says you are using Online TurboTax. Is that correct? Or are you by any chance using desktop software (CD/download?)
If you're using desktop software, there has been an issue with that field in the past due to an underlying Supporting Details worksheet used in the prior year transferred into the current year. Try a single click on the box with the $0 and see if that brings up a supporting details worksheet. If that doesn't work, then try a double-click on the $0 or right-clicking on it.
