I also saw Child and Dependent Care Credit as $0 in the Fed summary page, even though in "Deductions & Credits" page it has a non-zero value. I think this could be a summary page bug. As the other comment says, the number in 1040 is correct.
There is another way to see if you get the credit or not.
- Click "FEDERAL TAX RETURN/REFUND" on the top bar. You can see your tax breakdown on the right side bar.
- Click "Your taxes > Credits". You should see "Form 2441 child & dependent care credit".
