Deductions & credits

I would love to know who you spoke to in upper management.  I went around with a customer service rep for 30 minutes today and was not able to get anywhere. If this is an escalated issue I would like to believe the CS reps would be aware of this and it would state so in their system.  If there is additional contacts you can provide so more of us an escalate further, I would really appreciate it.  Thank you!
