Deductions & credits

I have been in contact with TurboTax upper management and they have stated that a solution will be available by the end of the month. They are now very much aware of the situation and I trust what they are stating. They posted a message earlier today with a link you can go to to register for notifications about this issue. I was not aware if someone has closed this incident - I agree it should not have been closed as it continues to be unresolved.
