Deductions & credits

@j42,

It is not a resolved issue. It is very much an open issue.

I started this thread, and I didn't mark it resolved. Looks like on these forums, people who have "expert" status can mark things resolved.

This sentence below that keeps getting offered on that link is not a resolution. While I really do appreciate that there is a formal response from TurboTax on this matter and acknowledgement that this is an issue. I really think it would help all of us who paid for your software to know exactly 'When" will Intuit and TurboTax resolve this for consumers? I know this worksheet along with 8911 and 6251 are working on your Professional versions that you offer to CPA and Tax preparers. You should note that still more than 57% of Americans filed their taxes directly, not via a CPA or 3rd Party, using SOFTWARES like TurboTax. That is a huge customer base that is being ignored.

This sentence on that link is not a resolution. Could you please do better?

"Some TurboTax customers may still be experiencing a form availability error that was resolved 02/17/2022 for their Deductible Mortgage Interest Worksheet, though it's past that date.

We are working to resolve this issue."

Once again the above sentence is not a resolution. It is not even a commitment to when will TurboTax provide a resolution. It is an acknowledgement that TurboTax is aware and working on it. We all would like to know "when"?
