while the IRS and TT both says its not taxable.. when i put the amount received in, the Federal Taxes number changes/increase.
if it's not taxable, then why would it increase, shouldn't the Federal Tax numbers/$ stay the same.
if we were missing a payment then yes i would expect a change to happen.
