It did though, we would have received the full 7000 if our income wasn't over 150k, that is the whole point of them letting you split and cares act over 3 years, so that your income isn't exceptionally high. I did my taxes in Jan and Turbo tax didn't give the option to split the care act up until Feb.
I do see now that it's accounting our 2021 income, which is BS, because we would have received the full 7k if I had split the care act on our 2020 return. Makes no sense at all.
