I too am getting the same error. I thought it couldn't hurt to try TT support myself. Just got off the phone with an agent. She said there is an active investigation but could not give me a time table for its resolution.
Does anyone actually understand what the error means? My worksheet is completely filled out. Can they just not ensure its accuracy? I'm very confused.
