I have an 8 year old,this is only my second time filing in my whole life,But I did it last year and I noticed it didn’t receive the full amount,Ok IRS said it was an error but not specific.I even paid for live help last year on here and my child who was born in 2019 is not counted on the final page when it’s time to turn it in,The box with the social security numbers for child tax credit has an X for my oldest child. I also realized that she wasn’t counted because I only got 300 for the oldest and nothing for my little one. I just went back in and the names are there the numbers are there but It doesn’t count.I just googled it and other people are having the same problem. This is my last time using TurboTax because of this problem.
