Mortgage Deduction

I am ready to transmit my returns electronically.  In the review process, I am getting a message that since I have more than one mortgage, there is a Mortgage deduction worksheet that needs to be completed before I can transmit my returns.  It further states that this form should be available after February 17th.  I am still getting this message.  When will the form be available?  Can I submit the returns thru email without his form?  I have mortgages on two separate properties, so I do not think I can combine the 1098s into one statement?
