Did ur transcript ever say a notice was issued ? I got a notice issued then the 420 is the next code before this update I had a 424,810,811,notice issued which changed to the current 810,811,notice issued, 420 :( so I’m praying I won’t have to do anything :(but it’s looking like they sent a letter out to prove that I was legally claiming the eic , ctc , hoh? But the letter was supposedly sent out on 02/04/22 according to the irs agent I spoke to . However the transcripts say a notice sent on 2/21/22 and then the 420 code shows a 02/04/22 date so maybe the agent I spoke to on the phone got the date of notice mixed up with the 420 code. Bc I have yet to receive this supposed notice and it’s been 10 business days now ! So idk I was also told once I fax everything in it would take on average 150 days for them to make a decision off the information I provided :( I can’t even deal rn bc if i don’t have that money like soon me and my girls will be homeless and lose our closing on the house we are trying to buy So this is so not what we need.
