I had same issue with error code CA_CharitibleContributions_Hold. I called TT yesterday and today again, updated SW today and refiled again, But again, it got rejected with same error code: CA_CharitibleContributions_Hold
anyone can share what you did to fix this problem? I updated today (2/17) and resubmitted, but still rejected.
