Deductions & credits

What if ur tax transcript says notice sent as of 2/21/22. Yet when  called the advocate line. They told me that it could be up to 4 weeks before a advocate gets in touch with me. Also I was told they may not accept me to help me with my case. I was told that they were not taking on any case that the tax payer didn’t owe money to places like child support, educational loans., irs , and others . Since that is not the case for me this year (previous years  I had to file injures spouse forms they most likely won’t help me. I contacted my local congresswoman for help and she sent me a email asking for a privacy and permission slip. It asked to send in a couple of documents . It wouldn’t accept the documents it asked for . I emailed her with the documents . She then sent a letter stating she sent the info she got to the tax advocate asking them to look into my case. Long story short I’m working with her to try and get this resolved . I have talked to the Irs exam dept who told me once I send in the proof of eic,ctc etc it would take around 150 days before I see my money. They are short staffed due to the pandemic according to both the irs exam guy and mh congresswoman. I’m freaking out bc im

in middle of closing and that money would be an important piece for the underwriting process. I pray ur right but im pretty sure im screwed :( but then why did they unfreeze the refund ? I pray they at least released some of it :( ty
