I wanted to update this thread because my CA return was approved after 0'ing my Charitable Contributions yesterday. Mine were negligible, so I really could care less. That being said, I hope they fix this by 2/17 as told by other users, as this is super annoying and will only continue as more people file. Hope this helps-
