Your deduction for self-employed medical insurance may be limited by your business income.
To see how the deduction is calculated you can go into Forms Mode and viewing the Health/LTC Worksheet.
- Go into Forms Mode by clicking the Forms icon at the top right of your screen.
- In the Forms in My Return list, scroll down and click on Health LTC Wks. The form will appear on the screen.
- Lines 1-10 (below the grey line) will show the deduction calculation.
- To return to the interview, click the Step-by-Step icon at the top right of your screen.
