I'm not sure where you are entering that on your K-1 entry in TurboTax. However, you may need to enter it separately in the Deductions and Credits section of TurboTax, then Cars and Other Things You Own, then Energy-Efficient Vehicles. I believe you need to enter it there as you need to put in special information, such as your vehicle identification number.
