Deductions & credits
Since I was in the US for 183 days in the calendar year, can I not file as a resident alien? I seem to satisfy the substantial presence test.
Also, I have had no income sources post-June so there would be no income to report from around the world even if I file as a resident alien; And I received my 401k withdrawal in November, so is that not US income?? And would that be added in the Non-resident part of the tax return(In case filing a dual tax return) as I took it out while I was a non-resident?
