Exactly the same issue. Also 3 kids, but one is under 6, so my credit should be 9600. When I subtract out the 4800 I received in advanced, it's counting that as money I owe. Basically double subtracting the 4800. Same issue on H&R block. I've been with intuit/turbo for a long time and don't want to switch, but they need to fix this.
