I am filling my taxes and I am a bit confused with the dependency status. I lived on my own all of 2021 and took care of myself all of last year. I go to college online as well. My parent has claimed me as a dependent in the past but she did not this year due to me being on my own. Since she didn’t claim me as a dependent l, can I check no to being claimed as one on my own taxes?
