If the $300 refund is not on a 1099-G, then please complete the following:
- Open or continue your tax return in TurboTax online.
- Search for unemployment compensation and select the Jump to link.
- For the Did you receive unemployment or paid family leave benefits in 2021? question, answer Yes.
- For the Did you receive a 1099-G? screen, select No, I didn't receive a 1099-G.
- On the Where did you or Livy get your benefits from? question, select Both and Continue.
- Follow the instructions to enter your unemployment.
