My child is a full time high school student. Had a part time job last year but did turn 17 at the end of 2015. What do I do with regards to claiming dependents? I wont get any tax credits for her this tax year because of her turning 17 correct? So is it still worth me claiming her on my tax return? trying to figure out how to file the 2 returns (mine and hers).
