For the best answer it's best to contact the IRS directly. They would be able to tell you exactly why the payments stopped and the IRS can fix any error that may have occurred in determining your eligibility. As of now there isn't a 4th stimulus payment so the Advance Child Tax Credit is not the same as a stimulus payment.
