@Mike9241 is correct that the best thing for you to do is to look at the actual form 2441 and see what it says. If you have not yet paid for your return, I would suggest you do that so you can see the forms. Go to the print area to view the form. Make sure line 3 is $8000. Check line 4 to see what is coming over for income, check the calculations.
