Deductions & credits
Still seems like bad practice for the release team to publicly post a product (that lots of people use, and have used for a very long time) that isn't actually ready to use. It doesn't reflect well on the QA and release processes, and raises the possibility that other Intuit products are as poorly managed. I developed software and firmware products for 40 years. We didn't (knowingly) release unbaked goods... and if we had, we'd have pulled it IMMEDIATELY on realizing it so as not to damage our brand image. I get it... "2 weeks." But maybe they should disable the entire 2022 tab until then so more people don't have to find out that you've 'released' something that doesn't work. (Of course, you'll still get the "why can't I see 2022 yet" questions, but those are less damaging to answer.
