My employer contributed $2k to my HSA. I did an addl $25/ch X 26 pay periods, but my $650 is not included in box 12 on my W. Can I enter the $650 I know to be right?

My employer contributed $2k to my HSA.  I did an addl $25/ch X 26 pay periods, but my $650 is not included in box 12 on my W2.  Can I enter the $650 I know to be right?
