Are you using TurboTax Online or the CD/Download TurboTax software?
"I cannot get back into the W-2G area" is not enough detail for anyone to try to help you. Exactly what are you doing to try to get back to it? What happens when you try? At what point do you get stuck? If you get an error message, what is the complete exact message, word for word? If you can, post a screen shot of where you have the problem, but make sure it does not contain any personal information. This is a public web site.
Have you tried exiting from TurboTax completely and then going back to it?
