If we don't pay our real estate tax (for our home) in 2021. How much will that affect our refund for 2021?

in the past we've paid our taxes for the year through an escrow account. This year we didn't do that and now have to pay it ourselves.  We were looking at making payments in 2022.  
Is it better for our refund if we pay it all in 2021?
