Pre American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), the invest income limit was $3,650. However, post ARPA, investment income limit has been raised to $10,000 for 2021 & for 2022 & beyond will be indexed for inflation. The link article below provides a little more detail EITC. Hope this helps.
